ARRIVAL

Important Information to Note Before Your Scheduled Service

To ensure a smooth check-in and proper consultation, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellation Policy Reminder: Kindly note that all services require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. failure to provide timely notification will result in a cancellation fee of equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. Additionally, please note that a $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Introducing Our Referral Program as a Token of Appreciation

At Salon Atelier, we value our clients and want to show our gratitude. That's why we've established a referral program to benefit both you and your friends. Contact our staff to learn more about how to join. If you refer a new guest to us, you and your friend will receive a one-time $10 discount on your next service.

PRICING

Our prices reflect the majority of our clientele.

Nevertheless, we reserve the right to adjust the price based on hair density and length.

SCHEDULING

Salon hours are flexible & subject to change without notice.

CLOTHING

If you are scheduled for a color service, we ask that you change into a salon-provided color robe or place one over your clothing. 

 

GRATUITY

Please note that gratuities are not included in the cost of the service and are highly appreciated. However, it is not possible to add gratuities to purchases made via credit card or check. Gratuities may be accepted by cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Thank you for your understanding.

CHILDREN

In an effort to provide a place of relaxation, we ask that children be supervised at all times.
