POLICIES

ARRIVAL

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled service.  This will allow for a comfortable check-in & proper consultation. Please be advised, there will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all services require at least 24 hours notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a cancellation fee will be charged.

REFERRAL​

In an effort to express our client appreciation, we have instituted a referral program. Please feel free to inquire with any of our staff on how you can become part of this program and earn a $25 gift card redeemable towards the service of your choice.

PRICING

Our prices reflect the majority of our clientele.

However, there is the potential for an increase in price depending on hair density & length.

SCHEDULING

Salon hours are flexible & subject to change without notice.

CLOTHING

If you are scheduled for a color service, we ask that you change into a salon-provided color robe or place one over your clothing. 

 

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service & are greatly appreciated.

GRATUITIES CAN BE MADE BY CASH, VENMO OR ZELLE.

gratuities cannot be added on PURCHASES VIA credit card or check.

CHILDREN

In an effort to provide a place of relaxation, we ask that children be supervised at all times.
