In an effort to
reflect our client appreciation, we have instituted a referral
program. please feel free to inquire with any of our staff on how
you can become part of this program and earn a $25 gift card
redeemable towards the service of your choice.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are
not included in the cost of your service and are greatly
appreciated. we kindly prefer that you do not include gratuity
on credit cards or checks |
ARRIVAL
we ask that you
arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled service. This
will allow for a comfortable check-in and proper consultation.

returned Check fee
there will be a $25.00
charge for any returned checks.

CLOTHING
If you are
scheduled for a color service, we ask that you change into a salon
provided color robe or place one over your clothing

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Should a
cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all services require
at least 24 hours a notice. If notification is not received in
a timely manner, a cancelation fee will be charged.

CHILDREN
In an effort to
provide a place of relaxation, we ask that children be supervised at
all times.

PRICING
Our prices
reflect the majority of our clientele. However, there is the
potential for an increase in price depending on hair density and
length.
