Lisa- Owner/Sr. Stylist/Colorist

Lisa graduated cosmetology school in 1987. Right out of school, Lisa began her career at Bev’s Salon right here in Suffern, with the vision of someday owning her own salon. That vision was realized in 2005, when she bought the salon, renovated it, and made it her own. Passion has driven Lisa to education all over the USa, including NYC Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Minneapolis,  Connecticut, etc. Lisa is a master colorist and a precision hair cutter. Lisa believes in continued education as it motivates her and her team to always strive for perfection and stay current with the latest trends.

Melisa/ SR. Stylist/Colorist

Melisa graduated from Capri Cosmetology School in Nanuet, NY in 2001, and has been part of our team for 4 years. Melisa has trained at the Vidal Sasson Academy in London and also attended many classes at the Rare Salon & Academy in NYC. She also continues her education yearly, taking various classes in cutting & coloring. Melisa’s passion is highlighting and color.

Simone/ Sr. Stylist/Colorist

 Simone Graduated from Capri Cosmetology school and obtained her license in 1998. Simone’s been in the beauty industry for over 11 years and has had the privilege of working beside some of the most talented hairstylists and makeup artists in the business. Simone has taken specialty classes in the art of hair color & highlighting, hair extensions, updos, hair straightening, and advanced cutting. She was also educated in barbering techniques and excels in men’s haircutting.

Lauren/ SR. Stylist/colorist

Lauren started her career 6 years ago in Las Vegas. Lauren has continued her education by attending classes for advanced haircutting at the RARE Academy in NYC, hair color & highlighting classes at the haircoloring summit in Los Angeles, as well as various classes by Loreal & Redken. Lauren is also So Cap hair extension & Keratin Smoothing Treatment certified.

Tricia/ Stylist/colorist

Tricia graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2008. She then stated her apprenticeship in an Aveda Salon in NYC. Tricia is So Cap Hair extension & Keratin Smoothing Treatment certified, as well as MAC Pro Team & Smashbox Pro instructed. Tricia has taken many classes in NYC & recently attended the Energizing Summit for Highlighting & Color in LA. She also had the pleasure of meeting Kim Vo "master colorist" at his class that she attended!

Jenifer/ Jr. Stylist/Colorist

Jenifer has been with our team since 2008, and received her license in 2009. Jenifer is certified for So Cap hair extensions, Keratin Smoothing Complex, is part of the MAC pro team & Smashbox Pro. Jenifer has also recently attended the Energizing Summit in LA for education in highlighting & corrective color techniques. Additionally, she's taken haircutting classes in NYC & product knowledge of Loreal & Redken, & recently had the pleasure of meeting Kim Vo at a color class he was teaching.

AMANDA / ASSISTANT/ JR. Stylist

Amanda graduated from Capri Cosmetology School in 2010. As the newest member of the Salon Atelier family, Amanda has already traveled to England for the “Excel London Salon International,” as well as California for the Hair Colorist Summit in L.A. She is also a member of the M.A.C Pro team and has taken classes with them in NYC. She is certified with Nuts and Bolts customer training program, So Cap USA hair extensions, and has attended classes with Moroccan Oil. With her passion for hair and makeup artistry, as well as her thirst for knowledge, she intends to gain as much experience as possible in her blossoming career.
